What does you diet consist of: I eat a high protein low carb diet. Try to stay as organic as possible. No processed foods

How old were you when you got your first tattoo: I got my first one at 14
What is your favorite tattoo: My favorite is my daughters name
What do you want the world to know about your gym life: I am new to my journey on a better body and push myself everyday. I am nowhere near where I want to be but I am one day closer. I think it is important to have a realistic idea of body goals and expectations. Understand that it’s ok to slip up every once in a while as long as you don’t quit. Change doesn’t come over night and it’s not easy but it will be worth it in the end.
Also it’s important to remember what works for one person may not work for the next. It is important to find out what works best for your body.
