How often do you work out: I rotate 4 days and 1 day off.
What type of works do you do and what are your daily routine: Mainly hiit and moderate weight lifting. My routine varies because of my hectic schedule. It’s more of a get it in when you can fit it in routine.
Which gyms do you go to: I attend a gym on campus as well as LA fitness.
What does your diet consist of: My diet is primarily a clean regiment with flexibility.
Do you have tattoos: Yes I have tattoos. Not sure how many but I count the ones on my back as 1. And my little astrological symbol on my tummy as 1.
How old were when you got your first tattoo: I was 23 when I got my first tattoo.
What is your least favorite tat: The one on my back is my least favorite bc its not finished.
What is your favorite tat: My first tattoo would be my fave because it was my first.
What do you want the world to know about your gym life: When I go to the gym I definitely put in work. I lift the weights, I don’t let the weights lift me. When I feel like I’m not going to make it through sometimes I have to take 5 minutes to give my l self a prep talk, but I get it done!
People tend to get impatient with the process, hang in there. Progress can take time. Just just the process.
