What type of works do you do and what are your daily routine: I teach Zumba fitness, Core training, and Circuit.
My routine consist of teaching a class then working out.
I train legs Sun, Tues, and Friday. Upper body Mon, Wed, and Sat.
Which gyms do you go to: 24 hour, YMCA
What does your diet consist of: I eat healthy but not on a diet. I bake, broil and steam my foods and add a lot of greens to my meals.

What is your least favorite tattoo and why: I don’t have one lol but of course
What is your favorite tattoo: My fav is and only one is my butterfly on my back.

What do you want the world to know about your gym life: That I believe in my classes and that we WERK to our full potential. I suggest to start finding a local gym. Look for like minded people or people who share that common interest to want to workout. Buddy up. FIND a gym buddy who can help you be accountable. Don’t give up!! It’s easier to quit than to sticking with it. Keep faith that one day you hard work will not be in vein and results will show.
