What do you want the world to know about your gym life: My gym after began after several life changing events which started in December of 2003 including coming my worst college football season. I received a phone call from my brother early one morning telling me to leave the house. I later found out that he killed someone he was feuding with over an altercation between. Several “street codes” were broken and that was the outcome. Being extremely close to the deceased family was and still difficult for me. Following that my aunt suddenly passed away from an heart condition all while I was going through a breakup. I began to lose a lot of weight from stress and my anger drove me to be someone else. I needed an outlet, I way to release and get myself back to track physically however it turned out to also help me mentally and emotionally. Life made me life now I’m lifting for life!!!!!
