Type of workouts and daily routine: Every morning I begin my day with planks and calisthenics. I end my day with weight and cardiovascular training.

What does your diet consist of: My diet consists of high protein, moderate to low complex carbohydrates and essential fats.

How old were you when you got your first tattoo: 23
What is your least favorite tattoo and why: I do not have a least favorite as all of my tattoos were carefully thought out and placed with purpose.
What is your favorite tattoo: My favorite tattoo is of Saint Michael on my back. He is an arch angel that fought for righteousness. I feel as though I can relate as a protector, a warrior and the hand of God in battle.

What do you want the world to know about your gym life:
As a NYC veteran correction officer at Rykers Island, my daily duties for enhanced supervision as a senior officer can be challenging at times. The gym is my sanctuary where I find peace. Despite my daily struggles or obstacles I may face once I am at the gym I am able to regain clarity as a whole. I stay focused on challenging myself with goals and stay focused on consistently conditioning my body to accomplish those goals.
