What type of works do you do and what are your daily routine: My workouts consist of strength training, weight training and calisthenics. I’m a firm believer in the phase, “Squats before Shots”. I incorporate different forms of cardio at the beginning of each workout as a warm up. I try to end each workout with a trip to the Sauna. The sauna helps fade muscle tension and leaves you feeling revived.
