Why did you start getting into fitness?
I have been into fitness all my life. Unfortunately, I never really loved my body until I mentally healed my self-confidence.
Who or what inspires and motivates you?
My children def inspire me to have a healthy life because I want to be here for them, but motivation comes from within. Striving on my own journey to reach my personal body goals.
How often do you work out?
My workout schedule fluctuates now because work has been busy but at least 2x a week.
What type of works do you do and what are your daily routine?
Typically, i do cardio on the treadmill at 12 incline 2.5 speed. My daily routine is more stretching in the mornings and water before bed.
Which gyms do you go to?
I go to EOS
What does your diet / meal prep consist of?
No diet or meal prep. Honestly i just live and make healthy choices when I can.

Yes, I have tattoos

I have 6 tattoos in total
How old were you when you got your first tattoo?
I was 17 when I got my first tattoo
What is your least favorite tattoo and why?
My least favorite tattoo is my peace sign on my chest. Love the idea but horrible line work
What is your favorite tattoo?
My favorite tattoo is my palm tree on my rib with an old English D for my dad who passed in 2017.

What do you want the world to know about your fitness life?
I would like the world to know that becoming a healthy person is becoming a healed person. A lot of us think we can fix the outside first, but in most cases it’s the inside of us that need the love and consistency. Make better choices in all aspects of your life and watch your body show the work you’ve done.
