Which gyms do you go to: I have a gym in my residential complex or planet fitness.
What does your diet consist of: It’s not a diet, it’s my lifestyle . Protein, fats, carbs, etc… and weekly cheats.

What is your least favorite tattoo and why: Angel/Devil hearts , there was no meaning behind it.

What do you want the world to know about your gym life: Dedicating myself to the gym has changed my life for the better. I would want the world to know there’s a positive life after weight loss. Battling obesity made me strengthen my ability to survive. The death of my parents along side of the process has made me realize, your health is key to living a happier life. My parents suffered from heart disease, and I was going down the same path in 2012 til I seen the light at the end of the tunnel. I’ve lost 85 lbs due to healthier eating and working out daily.
