How often do you work out: 2x a day 5 days a week.

What type of works do you do and what are your daily routine: I start my day with breakfast (egg whites and oatmeal with berries). I take Braggs vinegar and drink about 30 oz of water with it. Then, I feed my dog and workout about an hour and a half after breakfast. I have 6 meals a day and I usually eat fish and greens only for my last meal of the night. I drink over a gallon of water daily. I use a variety of training from cardio to plyometrics, body weight exercises , and muscular endurance ( high reps and high sets medium weight)

Which gyms do you go to: LA fitness, Pinnacle Fitness, and the Loft Athletic club.

What does your diet consist of: Turkey, fish and chicken ( beef every so often, sweet potato, jasmine rice, and many other low fat carbohydrates) greens of all sorts asparagus, zucchini, avocado, blueberries, oats.

Do you have any tattoos: Yes

If so how many: 10

How old were you when you got your first tattoo:14

What is your least favorite tattoo and why: Eh, maybe my side. It [wasn’t] done well.

What is your favorite tattoo: My inner ankle tat, the eye of rah/Re.

What do you want the world to know about your gym life: The gym is my sanctuary. I love fitness and watching my body change. Not only do I love what takes place physically, but I love the fact of working out and clearing my mind. I live my best life when I’m physically active

My biggest tip for the people out there is to take control of their own destiny. Create the life that you want to live and flourish in it !
